The upstairs master bedroom features a King, guest room has two Twin-XL beds, plus two air mattresses are available for an additional fee. Both bedrooms and bathroom are located upstairs. Summary: The house was great. It was dark when we arrived, and the lights were left on for us. Everything was as good or better than advertised. We had our dogs with us and the fenced in yard was a total bonus.

Summary: The home was perfect for my husband, our small dogs, and myself. We loved staying here and will definitely stay again the next time we visit my brother-in-law. We felt right at home and had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There is only one bathroom, which is located upstairs. This was not an issue for us but I just wanted to put it out there in case you have difficulty with stairs. The location was ideal for us! We could walk to downtown DeLand and all the shops, restaurants, and bars. It’s a really cute downtown area that we enjoyed exploring. Daytona Beach isn’t too far either - 30 minutes or so. That was a lot of fun! There’s so much you can do there! We had a great time at the beach! This is definitely the place to stay in DeLand for a couple or a family. Plus the host was so easy and friendly to work with!
